1. Publisher and what the site publishes
The publisher of commodityscope.com is PAK OCEAN TL HK.

CommodityScope publishes derived price indicators computed from market editions loaded into its database. It does not assess prices and does not republish source tables. Each series page shows the assessment date, the basis and unit as printed by the source, and separates published changes from CommodityScope-computed statistics.
Trademarks, indices and third-party names (including Baltic Exchange, Freightos, Platts and Argus) remain the property of their owners and are cited only to identify the loaded edition.
2. No financial or investment advice
Indicators, charts, forward curves and freight figures are for information only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice. PAK OCEAN TL HK does not act as a broker, exchange or financial counterparty.
3. Permitted use
You may view and reference public pages for your own internal use. Systematic scraping, automated extraction that degrades the service, or redistribution of the site’s pages without written consent is not allowed.
