Specifications, coverage and how to compare

Trading Basis & Assessment Specifications

Southeast Asia CFR, Western Europe CFR, NOLA FOB and Brazil CFR are separate series.

Hub Coverage

  • 4 series with a loaded observation; 4 daily and 0 weekly.
  • Units: USD/mt (3), USD/st (1). Values in different units are not converted or compared on this site.
  • Delivery terms in the basis column: CFR (3), FOB (1). Different delivery terms are not interchangeable; the gap may reflect freight, insurance, basis, parcel and timing differences.
  • Latest assessment date: 3 Nov 2026.

How to Compare These Series

  • All series in this hub are daily assessments; the change shown compares two consecutive daily readings.
  • FOB series (1) price the cargo at the loading port; CFR series (3) include freight to the named destination. Compare within one delivery term; the gap between terms may reflect freight, insurance, location basis, parcel size and timing, and is neither a margin nor a freight rate.
  • Units differ: USD/mt (3), USD/st (1). Pick the series in the unit you trade; this site does not convert between them.

Based on each series' frequency, delivery term, unit and type. No average across bases or units is computed for this hub.
