How these prices are quoted

FOB Med values are loading-port values (Italy basis for gasoline, East Med basis for naphtha where stated); CIF Med values include freight and insurance to Mediterranean ports. The FOB–CIF gap for the same product may reflect freight, insurance, location basis, parcel and timing differences rather than quality; it is not a freight rate.

• Every refined product here exists as a FOB Med (loading) and a CIF Med (delivered) series; the gap between the two for one product may reflect freight, insurance, location basis, parcel and timing differences, not freight alone.
• FOB Med gasoline is on an Italy basis and FOB Med naphtha on an East Med basis, as stated in the registry.
• Egypt granular urea is quoted FOB Egypt, daily and weekly, as separate histories.
